Andre is a globally experienced professional with 7+ years across auditing, cybersecurity, investment banking, and search funds, shaped by living in seven countries and rooted in entrepreneurial resilience. Today, he is building Heron Peak Capital to acquire and operate a mission‑driven U.S. business in the sensor, water, or maritime industries, leveraging his analytical rigor, cultural agility, and leadership experience to create lasting value.

Juan Andrés is an Industrial Engineering student at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. He is an active member of his university's Model UN club and enjoys spending his free time playing soccer and hiking.
